   1000000% strongly agree with AsianPandaCrisis he is totally right i have an old Victorian with some plaster cracks but this technique may work for just cracks but when you have an older styled house they tend to shift and move like any house so your bound to have loose plaster that is not in tack with the lath so this method is totally useless and will only hide the problem not solve it

   It is clearly impossible to make everybody happy. Anybody can fix a hole the old fashion way with drywall, and backing, followed by the application of tape and mud. However what we offer here is a quick and simple repair method for those of you that are not interested in dealing with the labor, and time needed to repair the holes the traditional way.

   Completely useless, not according to our sales over the past 10 years….

   I think this idea is completely useless all your doing is hiding the hole not fixing it, its like putting a picture in front of the hole. Imagine a wall full of holes and you use that and then you apply pressure on it it will crumble so easily because you have nothing in the place of a whole.

   FYI, I just found this at The Home Depot for $4. It does work! Just a whiter shade than my apartment walls but it’s made to be painted over.

   Someone once told me if apartments in your town are repainted before a new tenant moves in, all you need to do is patch or Spackle the holes (no painting). No deduction from deposit.

   Includes small 1/4″ circles for standard-sized nails and screws. It’s the textured surface and the jagged outer edges that make the product blend in with the walls.
